-  We are currently in Week 7 of our current Little Dragons Session.  The next session will begin the week of February 27th.  Register today to reserve your spot.

- In House Tournament - Saturday, February 4th. 
Little Dragons will begin at 10:00am, Punching and Kicking, Patterns and Obstacle Cource Race - Cost $10
Taekwondo sign-in 12:00pm, Patterns and Sparring - Cost $15
A Board Break demonstration will commence after the tournament. If you would like to participate, cost per board is $2

- Zumba will begin Monday, Jan 9th, 2012  

-Please note that Insanity Fitness has been moved to begin at 7:00pm instead of 6:45 in order to help the class change easier in our new space.
